Cooking time…. Indian Samosas… Food technology KS3

Year 7 and Year 8 participated in the session of making samosas, an Indian delicacy, in their food technology lessons.   They showed a lot of excitement and interest.   They participated in the whole process.  They made samosas following the teacher from start to finish.  I’m sure they could try their hands on making these at home, on their own.
